California.... Part 2

The main reason we went to California was because of a Baker Reunion. Mark's parents would have been married 50 years. His father passed away about 25 years ago and his Mom thought it was a great opportunity to get everyone together for a reunion. We all went to a session in the LA Temple with all the brothers and their spouses and then to a wonderful dinner after.

The next day we survived a crazy morning of taking some professional pictures with 36 people. 22 of which were kids. So it was pretty crazy. But believe it or not, it was kind of fun. We got our big family picture done first and then the kids were off having fun and running around in the grass.

These aren't the professional pictures we got taken. Jut snapshots. But they turned out very cute, can't wait to get the real ones.

All 22 grandkids!

All 6 brothers and their spouses. I love how Mark grew a foot that day.

Just the bros.

All the women.

Some of the little ones.

Braeden & Josh playing what the Baker's LOVE to play.... football. I thought this was cute. Aaaahhhh!

Josh was so good with my kids.

I love that face!!

Taking a break from all the craziness.

Tyler was cute with his cousins too. He let them tackle him he put up with all of them.

Gregory (or Gay-Gay as Elli used to call him) with our cute little Elli. Love this picture!

Carter and Caleb. These boys are only 2 weeks apart.

After pictures, we had a yummy lunch and swimming.

The guys played some basketball.

The girls being cute girls.

The boys being boys.

After the long day of craziness, all the women went to dinner at Wood Ranch. It's our favorite restaurant to go to when we visit California. We had too much together. It was really nice to get together and be with all my sisters-in-laws, mother-in-law and niece Tiffany!!

Elli was having the time of her life too being with her cute cousins. They had so much fun together. But this was a great site to see at the end of the day. Sleeping kids!

We stayed with Mark's oldest brother's family in their newly remodeled house. They have made so many changes to their house and it was so nice. Braeden's favorite part was the treehouse with a zipline. Every kid's dream backyard. Braeden was disappointed when we had to go home because he thought we were staying there for a month. He is taking Stacy's word and really wanting to fly there this summer to stay with his cousin. He's trying to save his money for it.

It is a promise! Braden IS coming. Tell him he only needs to save 5$ Because Aunt Stacy can get a good deal on the rest.
Love you Jamie...And the reunion was so special because of your labor of love with the book and the video you did! I have watched it 5 times since and cry and yet feel joy every time.
